Brief History
The business started with Alan G. Halverson, a Boiler Specialist, General & Mechanical Contractor. Over the next three decades Alan's Company - Energy Engineering sold, installed and maintained many on-site power facilities. These projects were for a broad range of clients from well known Lumber Companies, Private Sector Companies and even Military Installations.
Currently the business is owned and managed by Alan's son, Eric A. Halverson. Eric is also a General & Mechanical Contractor. Eric has also added seven ICC licenses to his business credentials (see home page) to support their expertise in managing error free projects.
While they have a very technical background and vast experience engineering and building complex projects their current focus is constructing quality "GREEN & SUSTAINABLE" projects (energy, commercial, retail, big-box or businesses with the occasional custom home thrown in) which require an eye for detail. We know how to manage a project on budget, how to inspect the project in-process and reduce or eliminate errors, how to deliver projects on schedule and most importantly how to manage all contractors & sub-contractors for everyone's benefit.
